Home in harmony

Yesterday we came home from a ten day long vacation trip to England and Wales. The first part of the trip we stayed with good frieds in Royal Tunbridge Wells.
Olivia really has an eye for details and the family has created a harmonic home where everything feels well thought through, from furniture and colors to small details.
Their oldest daughter Eva welcomes Julia and Ella to number 7, which is a three bedroom house with a small back yard.

The living room seen from the kitchen. Note the little bird house to the right of the door (Olivias company is called The Bird House).

More pics from the living room...

The kitchen.

Olivia is not only into interior design, but also likes cooking and baking. The food, desserts and cakes we got there were all sooo good. Some of the recipes can be found on her blog.

If you go upstairs you come to a guest room/office (where we stayed), the parents bedroom,  and a bathroom. The girls have their bedroom at the top floor.

I love all the details you can see here and there.

The back yard is a cosy "room" with furniture from Fermob. The lightning makes it look very nice in the evening as well.

This is a home I like very much, as it feels well planned and has a red thread with regard to interior design in all the rooms. It truly is a home in harmony.

xx
